Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. If we are on travel, it may take a few more days to process your order, I hope you understand, but you will know if this is the case prior to placing your order.

Shipping Time:

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx).

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation or a tracking number. It may take a day before the order can be tracked online.

International Orders:

For orders shipping outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for all customs duties and fees required to import the items. Anime Sekai has no control over how large these fees might be and what documentation is required for customs. However, we will assist in any way possible to provide information as needed.

To avoid shipping delays, please provide a good contact number so that customs can reach you for information and delivery.
